About Me
April received her B.Sc. from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2013 under the supervision of Dr. Christina Bottaro. Her honours work focused on the development of thin-film molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for the detection of caffeine in surface water. Since moving to Saskatoon in June she had started graduate studies under the supervision of Dr. Burgess and has developed a love of ultimate frisbee. Her studies focus on the characterization of Ni surfaces and SEIRAS studies of Ni in solution.
