Tegan is currently working for the Métis Nation-Saskatchewan Ministry of Health as a Researcher. In collaboration with various research partners, she is carrying out qualitative community-based research that strives to better understand Métis experiences with cancer as well as Métis experiences accessing health services in the province. She continues to be interested in the work the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan is doing with regards to harvesting rights and the duty to consult and accommodate, though she is not involved in this work.
