Tina is passionate about working collaboratively toward a sustainable, equitable future. With a background in Women's and Gender Studies and Geography, Tina began her graduate work in 2018. Her research focused on the social dimensions of wildfire experience and, together with the study communities, co-developed a post-disaster learning framework and community guidebook for rural Canadian communities. Tina completed her M.E.S. in 2022, receiving both SENS' Excellence in Environment and Sustainability Graduate Award and the University of Saskatchewan Graduate Thesis Award. She now applies her skills and energy to advance climate adaptation through her role as Knowledge Mobilization Lead at The Resilience Institute.
