RCE Saskatchewan recognizes the Prince Albert Model Forest for its sustainability initiatives
On Wednesday May 3 2017, we shared in the successes of our fellows-in-sustainability!
Individuals and organizations were recognized by the Global Regional Centre of Expertise for Education in Sustainable Development at Redberry Lake Biosphere Reserve.
We were honoured to recognize our lab partners Prince Albert Model Forest (PAMF) for the terrific work they are doing working with youth and elders in building understanding and advancing sustainability. The Undergraduate Environmental Degree Programs initiative of the University of Saskatchewan were also recognized as the University has sought to provide an integrative and impressive selection of programming options for students. In addition to the recognitions given to university programs and partners, many received recognition for amazing projects taking place throughout the province!
