The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition's Food and Nutrition Lab is located in the Health Sciences Building: 2B64.
Use of the lab by groups outside of the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition will be subject to an hourly fee to offset the ongoing maintenance and supply costs for the upkeep of the food lab, staff time spent on lab orientations and administrative tasks to set up and follow up with lab bookings.
All users are subject to all directives outlined on the Overview tab.
A fee of $75/hr (or part hour) will be charged for the use of the lab (3 hour minimum). The lab may be booked during weekday work hours, as well as evenings and weekends, dependent on availability.
Booking time must include all set up and clean up time (estimate 30 minute minimum for clean up).
