Katy Nugent helps coordinate the work of our group, with skills in automated instrumentation such as running our SmartChem analyzing wet chemistry, greenhouse gas samples on our GC, and evacuation robot, along with sample prep, field planning, and years of experience in water, gas and soil sampling. Her greatest skill is keeping our buoy network up and running – and, helping create a supportive, fun place for us all to work and learn. Katy also helps support broader work of the Global Institute for Water Security, and Global Water Futures Observatories.
