Lakma Rathuge BSc

Lakma Rathuge, a Master's student, joined the ACI lab in September 2022, driven by her passion for drone imagery and technology to assess field-level challenges. She started her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Biotechnology from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Her research aims to physiologically and digitally phenotype Ethiopian mustard for drought tolerance. Her favorite part of her work is being with plants and enjoying the relaxed and calm atmosphere they create. In her spare time, Lakma enjoys baking and hanging out with family and friends.
