Freeze Drying - USask Fruit Program | University of Saskatchewan

The USask Fruit Program offers freeze-drying services using our Labconco FreeZone freeze-drier.

We accept only food and feed-grade products.

Below are the service fees for freeze drying:

$80/day for groups within the Agriculture and Bioresources College.
$129/day for groups outside of the Agriculture and Bioresources College.
$160 for groups outside of the University of Saskatchewan.
