Ms. Usha Chauhan is Adult Nurse Practitioner at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS), McMaster University Medical Centre, working fulltime in the Digestive Disease clinic with primary focusing on patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.  Usha also holds a joint position as assistant clinical professor with the School of Nursing at McMaster University. Usha has worked as an adult nurse practitioner since 2009 focusing on providing all aspects of care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease including developing education material, started NP led weekly clinic, peer to peer support groups for both ostomy and IBD patients. Special interest in pediatric transition, pregnancy women’s health and telemedicine.
