MSc student Department of Plant SciencesI’m from Beijing, China. I obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering at Beijing Technology and Business University in China and a Master`s of Science degree in Civil Engineering at University of Saskatchewan in Canada. I’ve worked at Elsevier as a publishing specialist in Beijing and also worked at Prairie Tide Diversified (Saskatoon) as a technical sales specialist. Currently, I’m doing research on using bacterial fermentation to degum and detox flaxseeds.
