Ms. Yajia (Arka) Guo BSc
MSc Student Department of Health ScienceYajia (Arka) Guo started her research at Jinan University in Guangzhou, China, where she completed her undergraduate degree in food science in 2017. She investigated the effect of different emulsifiers on crystallization behaviours of diacylglycerol-enriched margarine emulsion. Currently, she is a Master's student in Pharmacy at the University of Saskatchewan. she is working with Dr. Martin Reaney and Dr. Jane Alcorn on oral pharmacokinetics and hypocholesterolemic effect of flaxseed lignans in rats.
