We are a group of scientists carrying out research in a number of important areas of Physical Chemistry and Materials Science. The common theme that connects our various research interests is the use of ultrasensitive, high-resolution spectroscopy and microscopy approaches for answering important scientific questions.

The research in our group spans both fundamental and applied areas of investigation. Our recent emphasis is on investigating properties of phase-separated surfactant monolayer films and on single-molecule fluorescence in photopolymer systems.
