Mohamed Mahgoub
Biography
Mohamed Mahgoub completed his BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Qatar University. His MSc thesis was in Optimal Placement of Phasor Measurement Unit using Genetic Algorithm. His main research interests are PMU applications, PMU placement, and power system stability. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the University of Saskatchewan under the supervision of Prof. Tony C.Y. Chung.
