About Me

Burke received his B.Sc. Honours from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007.  His past research in the Burgess group includes DMAP adsorption on polycrystalline gold electrodes, and UV-Vis reflectance of gold nanoparticle films on polycrystalline gold.   He is currently investigating the anodic dissolution of highly polished nickel electrodes as part of a CRD grant with Vale Canada Ltd.  Outside of the lab he plays rock & roll guitar and is an aquarium enthusiast.
