Saskatchewan Cancer Agency Differential Essentiality Mapping System
SCADEMS is an interactive user friendly interface that allows our group and our collaborators to calculate the synthetic lethality scores of human cancer cells. Scores can be obtained at different levels such as probe intensity values, or hairpin level score or a gene level score. In addition SCADEMS is now recently integrated with the latest BioGRID to retrieve and analyze the hit list automatically.
