Clot Study Seeks Better Treatment for Strokes
Vedashree Meher, U of S researcher led a study to assess the impact of what's inside the blockages causing strokes. Together with her research supervisors, Drs. Roland Auer, Lissa Peeling and Michael Kelly, they aimed to find out if the composition of the clot affects the ability to remove it, and if it also affects the functioning of patients after stroke.
