Darshi has won a TA award
Darshi's award cabinet is getting fairly cramped at this point!
The Chemistry Department has awarded Darshi one of five 2023-2024 Johannson Scholarships. These scholarships are designed to recognize graduate students who have done exceptional work as teaching assistants (TAs), while maintaining a scholarship-caliber academic record (> 80% cumulative GPA).
Darshi was nominated by the lab manager for analytical and physical chemistry, or 'Val' as we know her. Val is a super super lab manager, so being nominated by her is an absolute honour.
I'm super proud of Darshi, as being an excellent TA is a great skill that can really change someone's life!
