More properly, Ozra has won the 2024 Graduate Students' Association Mark Kroeker Exceptional Student Leadership Award.
This award honors a graduate student who has shown strong leadership and exceptional initiatives at USask, going above and beyond their call of duty. The student shall have shown outstanding involvement and collaboration with graduate students in their unit of study, as part of an Academic Council, or the GSA Council.
Ozra has shown leadership from her first days in my group by taking charge of and pushing ahead with the DNA origami research direction. She has supervised many undergraduates over the years, and trained incoming graduate students, and has been instrument in their research success! Ozra, you really deserve this award -- congratulations!!!

On the 27th of April, the GSA held their annual banquet and Ozra received her award. She was super sparkly in her beautiful dress!
