This is so SO well-deserved! Tanish has been a great part of the group since his first stint of research in the summer of 2021. I'm sad to see him go but I'm sure he'll do fantastically well in Med School. We all wish him the absolute best in the future!
Oddly-enough, we spent some of the rest of Monday (15th May) having a tour of the Canadian Light Source (CLS), Canada's only synchrotron that just happens to be right in Chemistry's backyard. Here's a brief video, shot by Ozra, of us hanging around outside:

We, of course, held a surprise party to celebrate Tanish's success in the middle of May. He was lost for words, which is very rare! Thank you Sandra and Darshi for getting this set up and for the very cool banner!
