Welcome to our lab, incoming summer students!
Snow storms are over (hopefully!), Saskatoon is in bloom, and that can only mean that our FOUR summer students are coming!

Who's on the way? Summer students!! (USask's campus has a large ground squirrel population and they are ridiculously cute!)
Welcome Noa, wecome back Mia, and an early welcome to Leidy and Valeria!
Mia is quite experienced at this point! She undertook research in our lab last summer and in term 2 and has already started to measure our new phosphine compounds.
Noa joins us from UOttawa. He is a RISE Summer Student Exchange student and I'm excited to turn him to 'the dark side' (optical spectroscopy)! The RISE program has just started up again after becoming basically defunct before/during the pandemic. I'm really happy to be part of it this year. For more information, please click on this link.
We will very soon welcome our two MITACS students who will focus on DNA origami work - Leidy Daniela Lerma Garcia and Valeria Charolet Acosta. These students are coming all the way from South America and we're very excited to welcome them! For more information, see here.
