Professional Practice (NUTR 230.3, 330.3 & 430.3) are courses that provide our students with opportunities to integrate and apply knowledge and skills learned in other courses and experiences. Students work on projects and activities to start meeting the competencies for entry into the dietetics profession. The focus is on application, problem-solving, and critical and reflective thinking. Highlighted on this page, are photos of Professional Practice projects which our students have participated in which involve our Food and Nutrition Lab.
