STARR Lab has experience testing a variety of devices at facilities across the world. We have performed testing for our own projects and with industry partners at:
TRIUMF
Located in British Columbia, TRIUMF allows for device irradiation of both neutrons and protons.
TAMU Cyclotron
The Texas A&M cyclotron provides heavy ion irradiation at a variety of particle energies.
ISIS Neutron and Muon Source
Located at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire, the facility provides device testing under pulsed neutron irradiation at the ChipIr lab.
ANSTO Microprobe
Combing the versatility of pulsed laser testing with that of heavy ion testing, this facility in Sydney Australia allows for device scanning down to approximatelty 1 um in size.
