Background

Mona is a PhD student in Nutrition at the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, University of Saskatchewan. She received a BSc in Nutrition from Azad University in 2015 and an MSc in Nutrition from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2020. During her Master’s program, Mona conducted a clinical trial with a special focus on vascular health. She has worked on projects mostly related to cardiovascular health, bariatric surgery and bioactive components.
