Background
Zoe is the Lab Manager at Dr. Vatanparast's Nutritional Epidemiology Lab (VNEL). Before her current role, she served as the Project Manager, overseeing several research projects within the same lab. Zoe earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph in 2019. She later obtained a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022. Her master’s thesis explored the nutritional quality of plant-based diets in Canada and their impact on chronic diseases, incorporating a comprehensive scoping review and analyses from the Canadian Community Health Survey.
