Background
Monidipa (Mona) is the Research Lab Coordinator with the Vatanparast Nutritional Epidemiology Lab (VNEL) in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition. Mona earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy in Bangladesh, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Population Health Risk Management from the University of Ottawa. She completed a Master of Public Health at the University of Saskatchewan in 2023. Before joining VNEL, Mona held a variety of roles across several units at the University of Saskatchewan. She holds a lecturer position in Bangladesh and has contributed to national and international projects, with a focus on public health and population health research.
