Turkey Farmers of Saskatchewan (TFS) was formed in 1966. They are a not-for-profit organization consisting of farmers who raise turkey for Canadian grocery stores. TFS strives for constant improvement so when you eat Canadian turkey you can be sure the birds were well cared for and that your meat is safe.
