All Nations Hope Network has been providing education, service and support to communities, families, schools and organizations in the province of Saskatchewan since 1995. All Nations Hope Network (ANHN) was established as a collective of Indigenous people, organizations and agencies who care about HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis C (HCV) among First Nations, Inuit and Métis people.

Listening to One Another (LTOA) is a Culturally-Based, Family-Centered Mental Health Promotion for Aboriginal Youth projectt where facilitators, project coordinators and participants share their experiences of working and participating in the programme.

CAAN provides a National forum for Aboriginal Peoples to wholistically address HIV and AIDS, HCV, STBBIs, TB, Mental Health, aging and related co-morbidity issues; promotes a Social Determinants of Health Framework through advocacy; and provides accurate and up to date resources on these issues in a culturally relevant manner for Aboriginal Peoples wherever they reside.
